Aiming to boost sales, Mahindra & Mahindra plans to introduce at least eight new SUVs in India by 2026. This includes several facelifts, new-generation models, and a focus on electric (EV) and hybrid powertrains. Here are the three most anticipated Mahindra SUVs arriving in 2026.
Mahindra XEV 7e
Mahindra is expanding its all-electric lineup with the XEV 7e, a new three-row SUV. Expected to debut in late 2025 and launch in early 2026, the XEV 7e will share its platform, powertrains, and design with the XEV 9e. This means it will likely be offered with 59kWh and 79kWh battery options, which deliver a range of up to 656 km. The exact range for the seven-seater model might vary slightly.
Mahindra XUV 3XO Hybrid
Mahindra is working on hybrid and flex-fuel engines for its future models. Its first hybrid SUV, the Mahindra XUV 3XO Hybrid, is slated to arrive in 2026. It’s expected to feature the brand’s well-known 1.2-liter, three-cylinder turbo petrol engine, but now paired with hybrid technology. While the overall design and interior are expected to remain similar to the standard model, the hybrid version will likely feature a “Hybrid” badge on the exterior.
Next-Gen Mahindra Bolero
The new-generation Mahindra Bolero has been officially confirmed for a 2026 launch. The updated SUV is set to get significant design and feature upgrades while keeping its familiar diesel engine. Spy shots suggest the 2026 Bolero will retain its signature upright and boxy look. It may also get a panoramic sunroof, a fully digital instrument cluster, Level 2 ADAS, and other premium features.
